Designed and developed Vendor Scorecard for a Retail Major, reducing material cost by $1.8 million and improved delivery performance through monitoring and controlling Vendor Performance. Commodity analysis for an Oil & Gas major on Oil and Gas prices helped them proactively take decisions on hedging reducing input material cost by 3 percent.
